Dearborn School Principal Charged in Back-to-Back Felony Home Invasion Cases
One incident allegedly involved his wife at an address where a court-ordered restraining order had been issued.
An assistant principal at Dearborn Public Schools has been charged with two counts of felony home invasion, one of them including allegations of stalking and domestic violence.
Fady Soueidan, 42, was arrested Tuesday on the incidents, which reportedly occurred a week apart, the Detroit Free Press reports. On Thursday morning, he remained in the Wayne County Jail on $100,000 bond.
The most recent case reportedly involved Soueidan’s wife at a home on Hampshire Court in Dearborn. A restraining order had been issued ordering him to stay away from the home, Lt. Patricia Penman of the Dearborn Police Department told the newspaper.

The other case was filed on March 17 and included allegations that he interfered with a crime report.
Soueidan, an assistant principal at McCollough-Unis School, an elementary and middle school, is on administrative leave, district spokesman Daniel Mustonen said. The charges do not involve any incidents at school, he said.
