HFCC's Fifty-One O One hosts its annual Holiday Buffet
The menu is as follows:
• Roast turkey (with pan gravy and bread dressing);
• Baked Dearborn Brand Ham (glazed with brandied cherry sauce);
• Carved Baron of Beef Au Jus;
• Made-to-order omelet station (brunch only); and
• Squash soup.
The side dishes include:
• Mashed potatoes;
• Sweet potatoes (with pecans and maple glaze); and
• Fall vegetable medley.
Additionally, there will be a salad bar, where customers can choose:
• Creamy coleslaw;
• Cranberry relish;
• Marinated beet salad;
• Garden green salad and relishes;
• Pickled vegetables – assorted salads; and
• House-made dressings.

For dessert, the following is available:
• Pumpkin pie; and
• Pastry chef’s assortment.
Beer and wine will be available at a cash bar during dinner hours. For the
Holiday Buffet, the restaurant will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. for lunch
and from 6 to 8 p.m. for dinner. The price of the buffet is $16 per person.
