I've always enjoyed playing sports, talking about sports, watching sports, or occasionally writing about it. I'm always up for "spirited conversation", as one of the greatest things in life. (If it only happened more!). I've studied psychology & behavior practically all my life.

I've had a lot of experience in recruiting or "headhunting", as it's called. That's kind of like detective work, tracking down likely candidates. It provides much interviewing experience, especially by phone.

I've always preferred non fiction over fiction, particularly enjoying biographies and personality profiles - whether I'm reading them or writing them.

I'm amazed at how little I knew about SO many businesses in Dearborn, as I write articles about them. I usually become friends with their owners and managers.

I just never knew "how the other half lived".
