Dearborn Looks for Resident Input on Master Plan

A resident opinion survey is open for completion by Aug. 1 and residents are also invited to attend several meetings on Dearborn's master plan.

The future of Dearborn rests in residents' hands–or at least their vision of what they want the future to be. The city has announced that it is revising its master plan over the next three months and is asking for input from citizens through a community survey, as well as at several upcoming community meetings. The survey, open to all residents, can be taken online or downloaded here and mailed in. Paper copies can be picked up at City Hall in the City Plan office, as well as at the Henry Ford Centennial Library. Responses will be accepted until Aug. 1. The survey–like the master plan itself–centers around gauging residents' likes and dislikes about the city, as well as the city's makeup. According to the city's website: "The Dearborn …
