  You don't have to been Latino to celebrate Cinco de Mayo–but a love of Mexican music, culture and food will go a long way this weekend, when Dearborn restaurants and groups break out their best margarita recipes and get ready to say "Ole!" Here's are four fiestas you won't want to miss: 1. Cinco de Moose Moose's Martini Pub will open at 11 a.m. on Saturday to kick off its annual Cinco de Moose celebration. Stop by for a taco and nacho bar, drink specials all day long, live DJs and giveaways. An outdoor tent and drink specials will also be available on Friday evening. 2.
