From Troy to Northville to Dearborn: Check Out Susan G. Komen Michigan 3-Day Walk Route
The walk will end at 5 p.m. Sunday in Dearborn.
In an effort to raise awareness and funds to fight breast cancer, Susan G. Komen 3-Day Michigan supporters are walking 60 miles over three days this weekend in Michigan. The walkers took to the streets beginning Friday morning in Troy, passing through Clawson, Farmington, Plymouth, Northville and Livonia before ending their 3-day journey in Dearborn. Supporters are welcome to join in on the closing ceremony, which will be held at Ford World Headquarters, located at One American Drive in Dearborn. The ceremony begins at 5 p.m. Sunday, but spectators are encouraged to arrive an hour early to ensure the best view. 1,100 walkers, 300 crew members and tons of supporters. That was an amazing and heartfelt event. It brings us closer to finding a cure and supporting those who are going through breast cancer now. My sister and her friend have walked for the past 5 years and it's truly an event to be a proud sponsor and supporter of.
