Historical Museum to Host Display of Handmade Rugs
The Michigan Rugg Artistes Guild show will run April 11-June 9 at the museum.
The public is invited to the Michigan Rugg Artistes Guild of Dearborn’s reception at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11 at the Dearborn Historical Museum’s McFadden-Ross House, located at 915 Brady Street. The exhibit showcases the guild members’ handmade works reflecting the intricate design of early American hooked rugs. The exhibit will run through June 9 at the McFadden Ross House during regular business hours, which are May 1: Monday through Saturday, 1–5 p.m., through May 1; and Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., May 1 through June 9.
