Former Players Guild of Dearborn Governor Lois Rinn Dies at 92
Rinn, a longtime board member of the Guild, had a love for local theater and the community.
Lois Keim Rinn, a longtime supporter of the local arts scene and a member of the Players Guild of Dearborn, died Saturday, July 2. She was 92. Funeral services will take place on Friday at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Dearborn. A luncheon will immediately follow. Rinn, a Dearborn resident, was born on August 26, 1918. She is most remembered by Dearborn residents as one of many longtime supporters of the Dearborn Player Guild, of which she was a board member, a governor and an honorary member during the past several decades. “She loved the theater, and she was such a wonderful lady,” said Diana Reynolds, who served with Rinn on the Guild board. “She served as a governor; she made a huge contribution to the Guild,” added …
