Tim Hortons wins top honors in Food Fight poll in voting for best place for coffee in Wayne County.
The people have spoken: Tim Hortons has the best coffee in Wayne County. Tim Hortons, which has many locations in Wayne County, including stores in Canton, Dearborn, Northville, Plymouth, Trenton and Wyandotte, received 47 percent of the vote to win the Food Fight poll. Tongue’s Protein Bar and Chill Lounge in Wyandotte finished second with 44 percent, Plymouth Coffee Bean Company in Plymouth placed third with six percent, and Telway Hamburgers was fourth with one percent. Voting took place from Wednesday morning until Friday at 5 p.m. Congratulations, Tim Hortons, and thank you to all who participated in the Food Fight by voting in the poll and leaving comments on the site. This week’s Food Fight has people buzzing about the best place for coffee in Wayne County. We listened to your comments, and you have let us know your top picks: Plymouth Coffee Bean Company, Tel-Way, Tim Hortons and Tongue’s Protein Bar and Chill Lounge. Now we’re asking for a little more help to finish off this Food Fight. We would like you to vote on one of those four coffee shops in our poll.
