ACCESS is a nonprofit organization that helps empower members of the greater Detroit community as well as the nation…More at large. Originally begun as an organization to help newly immigrated Arab families get acclimated in their new country, ACCESS has since extended to people of all backgrounds. Services include education and ESL programs, social services, employment and training and medical care.</p>
<p>ACCESS also runs organizations such as the Arab-American National Museum, the National Network for Arab American Communities and the Center for Arab-American Philanthropy, that reflect and support people of Arab descent and celebrate their culture and contributions. </p>

<p>The organization offers several human services, including advocacy, assistance with interpreting documents and forms, emergency services like utility and rent assistance, immigration services, senior citizen services, legal assistance and legal referrals.</p>
<p>Other services include employment and training, workshops to assist individuals in developing professional skills, professional recruitment, literacy programs, citizenship classes and ESL classes.</p>
<p>ACCESS also offers classes for young people, including academic assistance and support groups, health services, and parent-child activities.</p>
<p>ACCESS operates from a compressive outreach center on Saulino Drive in Dearborn.</p>
