Students hail mostly from Dearborn, and many come from families that are involved with the church, although Dearborn residency and church membership are not required to be admitted to the school. Many students are involved in extracurricular activities, including Boy and Girl Scouts, as well as CYO sports and Fun Club Latchkey before and after school.

Bus service is available to students who live in Dearborn, and students with special needs can receive assistance from special education teachers. Both services are provided by Dearborn Public Schools.

Like its sister location on Greenfield, Dearborn Kindercare works with children aged 6 weeks to twelve years old.  

It is open five days a week and Maria Casolaro is the manager.
