The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee is a non-profit group that assists Michigan's Arabic community with aMore number of issues.

The group defends the rights of Arabic people and is non-sectarian and non-partisan. Among the ADC's goals are minimizing defamation, promoting Arabic cultural events, working with civil rights organizations and promoting positive Arab-U.S. relations.

The ADC has a legal department and education department, as well as a media department. The group publishes many newsletters and reports designed to enhance its members -- as well as the community's -- understanding of the many issues that face Arab-Americans in today's environment.
