This store has the words "ephedra" plastered all over its windows and even a sign that can be seen from Telegraph. However, the products they sell only contain "ephedra extract", which comes from the same plant as ephedra, but has all the alkaloids that make it actually do anything taken out, because IT IS ILLEGAL, as I found out after the fact. So what they are really selling you are 50 dollars worth of caffeine pills --- its a total scam. The owners of this store deliberately try to scam people with this, hoping that the caffeine and the placebo effect will be enough to keep them from realizing they're getting ripped off. Stay far far away.

This store was awesome! The staff was super knowledgeable and new a lot about weight loss. I have been going to The Vitamin Source for over 5 years and get all my supplements there including ephedra. Let me tell you all the ephedra based products they have put me on work and I have lost a lot of baby weight with them. Check them out if your in Dearborn. Kate.
