TownPlace Suites is a Marriott franchise offering suites with full kitchens. Recently remodeled in 2009, Townplace Suites caters to extended-stay guests or for people who are looking for extra hotel room amenities. Pets are allowed but there is a one-time, non-refundable $100 fee. The pool is outdoors and closed in the winter. There is a shared lobby with comfy chairs, a TV, a desk with a computer and some convenience store items for sale. Discounts for groups, seniors, etc. are not automatic, but they may be available when booking through the hotel's sales representative.
