Right now I am just so frustrated with this salon. I have been going here since I was in high school (I am now 27). Things have just been going downhill. The last two times I've gone in I have been overcharged. Last time I had to pay $20 extra because I allowed them to do a blow dry without knowing they would charge me extra. They had never charged me more in the past, nor had they made me aware of the new policy when they did it. Today I saw a sign on outside that advertised $45 for a color and cut. Even though the owner told me she wouldn't charge me for the cut b/c I had to wait an INSANE amount of time I still ended up paying $75!!! I gave her $100 and she didn't even offer me any change!!! I've loved this place for so long, and their quality really is outstanding, but i really feel like I'm going to have to look for a more honest/more reputable salon :-(
