This is one of four high schools in the Dearborn public school district. It is named after the son of auto pioneer Henry Ford, Edsel Bryant Ford. The school's mascot is the Thunderbirds. Edsel Ford features a vast array of after-school clubs, activities and athletics, including 17 sports teams. Some students also work on the school newspaper, The Bolt, which publishes on-line and in print.
