Dearborn Hills deed restrictions says NO rentals!Who is subsidizing homes to non-home owners? The rules apply to everyone.Please see if your neighbors own or rent!  It is prohibited and illegal and not part of our restrictions.The deed restrictions are clear! Maybe this is why the STATE disallowed our homestead exemptions?All over the state thousands of dollars was collected by the state because people were claiming the exemption BUT they were renting out the property! We can hardly afford to pay our taxes now that the state has disallowed the homestead exemption.
