Local Teen an Avid Volunteer at the Dearborn Farmers Market
Daniel Judd was bored, and took his mom's advice to give his time to a local cause.
When most teens find themselves bored, they locate the nearest electronic device. But Dearborn Heights resident Dan Judd decided to use his free time for good: the 14-year-old has spent every Friday volunteering with the Dearborn Farmers Market.
"I was bored, and I was looking for something to do," Judd explained. "This gives me something to do."
The hours are early–he gets there around 6 a.m. every week to help with setup–but Judd said he has a secret weapon: the teen said he stays up all night.
