Divine Child's Blazo Qualifies for State Tournament
Junior golfer shoots 91 at regional tournament.
junior golfer Natalie Blazo qualified for the state finals after her strong showing at the Division 3 regional tournament at Orchard Lake Country Club on Thursday, according to mhsaa.com.
Blazo shot a 91 to earn the third and final individual spot in the state finals. Her teammate, Amanda Andryslak, also shot a 91 but missed out on qualifying for the finals.
Divine Child finished ninth as a team at the regional tournament. The top three teams and the top three individuals advance to the state finals.

Blazo will play in the Division 3 finals at Forest Akers West in East Lansing on Oct. 14-15.
