The stakes are high for the DC squad, which came in at second place to Gibraltar Carlson in 2012 and 2011. Last year, the Lady Falcons were just three points shy of the title.

After placing second in districts, the team went on to win their regional competition on Saturday, Feb. 16. The girls also took home their 11th consecutive Detroit Catholic High School League title in January.
