Congrats to Oakwood's high school volunteer scholarship winners
Another school year has come and gone and, like the great educational instutitions in our community, we've had to say "So long, and thanks" to some pretty special people: our high school volunteers.
Oakwood regularly provides scholarships to some of our high school volunteers, based on the number of volunteer hours they complete, their grade point average and an essay. This year, 10 students earned the $1,000 scholarships.
"We are proud to be able to support these students’ continuing education in honor of their contributions to Oakwood," said Oakwood CEO Brian Connolly.
