Kindergarten Roundups Under Way at Dearborn Public Schools
Any parent with a child set to attend kindergarten in 2011-12 should plan on attending their local school's open house for kindergarten.
Kindergarten roundup is under way for Dearborn Public Schools and parents are encouraged to visit to get their children ready to start kindergarten in the 2011-12 school year.
According to a release from DPS, “The annual Kindergarten Roundup will provide parents with the opportunity to find out about their neighborhood school and enroll their child for the fall semester.”
Any Dearborn parent with a child who will be 5 years old by Dec. 1 should plan on attending their local elementary school’s open house. Parents are encouraged, but not required, to call the school in advance to let the school know they will be attending.
