Stand Against Racism

The YWCA of Western Wayne County is coordinating Stand Against Racism on April 29.  Activities that express the desire to eliminate racism in our communities are taking place all over Western Wayne County (and the country).  To learn more about what others are doing or to sign up to "Take a stand" visit standagainstracism.org or call Marlyne Musleh at the ywca-wwc 313-561-4110.  Area teens and teen groups are invited to participate in a lively interactive discussion of Structural Racism and Immigration led by Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion Youth Interns - 4-7 p.m. at the YWCA 26279 Michigan Avenue.  Refreshments generously provided by Pizza Hut.
