The Senior Alliance is sponsoring the Personal Action Toward Health (PATH) events to help provide skills and tools to those living with chronic health conditions.
The information is hoped to help improve health and manage symptoms making it easier for people to face the daily challenges of their condition.
The program includes:
- Breathing exercises
- Communication skills
- Dealing with the emotions of chronic illness
- Developing an exercise program
- Healthy eating
- Problem solving
- Relaxation skills and overcoming stress
- A PATH certificate upon completion of course
