The Federal Trade Commission is offering a free seminar on fraud avoidance and sound family financial practices in tough economic times. The event, co-sponsored by UM-Dearborn's Office of Government Relations and Congressman John Dingell, will be held in Room 180 of UM-Dearborn's Fairlane Center South.
