The Edsel Ford Freshman Tailgate took place before Friday night's homecoming football game for the Thunderbirds.

The Edsel Ford Freshman Tailgate took place Friday afternoon before the football team's homecoming game.

Events at the tailgate included a Twinkie-eating contest, a dance-off and tug of war.

Edsel Ford's football team defeated Romulus 28-22 to cap the day, according to the MHSAA.
