Dearborn residents can get a "Taste of Fordson"–and help the Fordson High School PTSA–at a scrumptious event Wednesday afternoon.

Taste of Fordson will be held from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday in the school's gymnasium. Everything from appetizers to desserts will be included in the event, featuring recipes from the Taste of Fordson Cookbook.

Tickets are $10, which allows guests to sample 12 dishes. Or, visitors can pay $1 per sample.

Advance tickets to Taste of Fordson can be purchased in Room A108, or the counseling office. Tickets will also be available at the door.

The event will also coincide with another fundraiser for the same group: Drive One 4 Ur School, sponsored by Ford Motor Company, will allow visitors to raise money for the Fordson PTSA by test driving Ford vehicles.

The test drives will take place in the school's main parking lot.

Test drivers will be given two free tickets to Taste of Fordson.
