A group of burglars got away with several armfuls of pricey coats after using a stolen 2007 Jeep to ram the back doors of the Al Wissam clothing store in Dearborn on Thanksgiving morning, the Dearborn Press and Guide reported.

Four men entered the store around 5:30 a.m. and left only a minute or so later with several expensive jackets in hand, according to the surveillance video. The men then fled the scene in a dark-colored Ford Econoline van, leaving the Jeep behind.

The suspects appeared to be black males and were wearing knit hats and hoodies, the report said.

“The Police Department needs help from the community to help solve this crime,” Police Chief Ronald Haddad told the Press and Guide. “Many times, criminals will admit their crimes to friends and acquaintances. If you or someone you know has any information that may assist in identifying the suspects involved in this incident, please call the Dearborn police tip line at 1-313-943-3012.”
