There were no serious injuries reported from the incident on Monday night. A man told police that he had ordered an escort sent to his apartment, but upon her arrival, he refused her services, declining to pay what the man said was a $50 cancellation fee.

The escort then called Cunningham, the reporting person continued. Cunningham forced his way into the man's apartment and brandished a semi-automatic handgun, he said, before firing a single shot into the wall. Shortly thereafter, the man said, Cunningham fled.
