Three Injured in St. Patrick's Day Accident in Dearborn

A vehicle traveling eastbound on Carlysle Road collided with a parked car near Parker Road on Sunday.

Three people were taken to the hospital for minor injuries following a two-vehicle accident Sunday night in Dearborn, police said.

According to Dearborn Police Sgt. Mike Cucchiara, two passengers and a driver were injured when their car collided with a parked 2008 black Ford Fusion near the 2300 block of Carlysle Road.

Firefighters with the Dearborn Fire Department were dispatched to the scene around 8:30 p.m.

Cucchiara said the cause of the accident is under investigation, and no further information was available at the time of this post.
