Dearborn police officers are investigating a mysterious fire that occurred at Dearborn High School on May 5.

According to police reports, officers were dispatched to the school around 12:56 a.m. after 911 operators received a phone call that a high jump landing pad was on fire.

Upon arrival, officers determined that an unknown suspect or suspects purposely set the landing pad on fire. Officers located fresh graffiti written in chalk on the cement near the pad. One phrase read "MOE," and another phrase read "Oliver, hey guys," police said.
