Dearborn Teen Arrested For Destruction of Property

A Dearborn teen was arrested and several others were issued citations on Sunday arising from a report of destruction of property, according to Dearborn police.
Officers responded to the 3300 block of Croissant around 2:26 p.m. after a resident called in a report of a group of teens in her neighbor's front yard, one of whom was kicking over a light pole.
Police were able to make contact with the group of seven teenage males in Ten Eyck Park, and placed the 17-year-old teen matching the caller's description under arrest for destroying the light pole.

The teen was also cited for possession of tobacco by a minor, as were two of his friends.
All of the teens are Dearborn residents.

The young man who was arrested was bonded out and released later that day.
