A Dearborn man will stand trial for seven counts of assault, the Dearborn Police Department confirmed this week.
The charges against Michael Mohamad Agemy, 47, stem from an incident that occurred June 17 in front of Dearborn's , according to court documents.
Details of the incident are not yet clear, and calls to the on the matter were not immediately returned.
Agemy was arraigned June 19 on seven counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle) and one count of reckless driving. His bond was set at $20,000.
A preliminary examination has been set for Aug. 3 at 9 a.m. at the 19th District Court.
