Police Investigate 5 Vehicle Thefts Around Dearborn

Statistics are according to CrimeMapping.com, as reported by the Dearborn Police Department.

Four buildings were reported as burglarized or attempted to be burglarized this week in Dearborn. Additionally, five cars were stolen while parked both at businesses and in residential areas around the city this week.

Here's a look at when and where the crimes happened:

• Aug. 17: A vehicle theft was reported in the 200 block of Robindale Street at 10:14 a.m.

• Aug. 16: A robbery was reported in the 5100 block of Evergreen Street at 4:26 p.m.

• Aug. 15: A vehicle theft was reported in the 2800 block of Monroe Street at 9:45 p.m.

• Aug. 15: A vehicle theft was reported in the 21700 block of Michigan Avenue at 3:18 p.m.

• Aug. 15: A vehicle break-in was reported in the 600 block of Orchard Street at 1:10 p.m.

• Aug. 15: A burglary of a business was reported in the 24700 block of Ford Road at 4:02 a.m.

• Aug. 14: A burglary of a business was reported in the 4900 block of Schaefer Street at 9 p.m.

• Aug. 14: A vehicle theft was reported in the 10700 block of E. Ford Road at 12:16 p.m.

• Aug. 14: A burglary was reported in the 5600 block of Schaefer Street at 2:20 a.m.

• Aug. 11: A burglary was reported in the 4400 block of Charles Street at 4:05 p.m.

• Aug. 11: A vehicle theft was reported in the 16000 block of E. Ford Road at 1 p.m.
