Crime Report: Multiple Dearborn Residents Report House Eggings
The following information was supplied by the Dearborn Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
It's not Devil's Night yet, but several Dearborn residents have recently reported vandalism to their homes–in the form of fresh eggs.
A resident of the 200 block of Devonshire told Dearborn police on Oct. 20 that her house had been egged around 4:30 p.m. that day. It was the third time in a week someone had thrown eggs at her house, she said. According to the police report, the homeowner also told police that neighbors across the street had experienced an egging as well during that same time period.
The resident requested that Dearborn police keep special watch on the neighborhood for more suspicious activity.
