Where are the jobs, Gov. Snyder?

When Rick Snyder came to office his first order of business was to gift a $2 billion tax cut to the state's business class.  He argued that this taxpayer give-away would bring about jobs and help solve Michigan's depressing unemployment crisis.  Four years later Michigan ranks at the bottom (49) in job creation.  Some of the blame also goes to Obama who also dropped the ball on getting a serious jobs-creating stimulus.  Just the same, we should not let Snyder off the hook on this miserable failure.
