The Constitution clear.

The fourth Amendment of the US Constitution reads- "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effect, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." the line that reads "no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause" is the defining section that makes the government's secret spying system called "Prism" a violation of Constitutional law.  The jack-booted march to the right needs to be challenged in no uncertain terms.    P3
