Red-Lining Dearborn

A family member recently questioned the increase in their car insurance. They asked if they were being "red-lined'. To which the insurance agent responded you live in Dearborn and Dearborn borders Detroit.  If your car insurance has gone up, its a good bet that you've been "red-lined".   P3
