Pretenders

Beyond the peculiar/strange, Just plain nutsy, the idea that religionists and conservatism are one and the same.  Jesus Christ was a progressive who championed the sick and poor, the deprived, the social outcast. Christ banished the money-changers from the Temple. Modern day Wall Street. Christ was put to the Cross by conservative rulers who sought to maintain the status quo. A Second coming, I suspect, would find those who believe in Him putting Christ to the Cross a second time.  Just listen to what these false believers have to say about Christ's agent, Pope Francis; a man true to his convictions and Christ's teachings.   P3
