The Chinese government is getting ready to ban cigarette smoking in public. The health pollution issue here pales in comparison to the industrial pollution in north China that is so bad the it poses a serious health issue/threat for millions of Chinese. China is the poster child for de-Regualtion that is the envy of corporate America.   P3
