No Fault Inequity

Ohio has the lowest cost for car insurance, Michigan has the highest cost in the country. The cost for a like policy in Ohio is $900.00 compared to Michigan where it costs $2,500.00, $1,600.00 difference tied  "No-Fault". Michigan is the only state in the union with "No-Fault", that covers catastrophic life lone medical care. Questions- How does Ohio and the other 48 states deal with catastrophic life long medical care coverage? How many Michiganders on limited income cannot buy car insurance, and how many drive illegally?  How many Michiganders on limited income have to reduce their grocery list and food on the table to be able to buy car insurance/? How many Michiganders have to cut their prescription drug daily doses in half to be able to pay the high car insurance premiums in Michigan? What are the numbers of these people, and what is the number of those covered for life medical care from catastrophic accidents?  The greatest good for the greatest number is an equation that brings reality to the imbalance of a system that needs to be effectively addressed to serve the greater good of the greater number.  P3
