News today- American corporations holding 2.1 trillion dollars outside the US to avoid paying taxes. Following the lead of America's Oligarchs who create the legislation/rules that allows them to skip paying taxes. The burden of taxes in America is on the backs of America's middle class. Make War and  let the middle class pay.   P3
