Labor Day- Right to Work!

This is a very special Labor day for Michigan workers, they have gained a freedom once thought impossible in Michigan, the freedom to decide for themselves whether they want to belong to a union.  It's a simple choice.  If the union has a viable product, the workers will join.  If they don't like the service or product, they don't have to join.  No more automatically deducted dues from paychecks, and no more intimidation.  The unions had their place in history, but times have changed.  As a 'right to work' state, MI is sending a message to companies to expand and start factories here, that there is a new attitude regarding cooperation and the workplace.  An employee should be paid what he is worth, and often many unions protected the worthless at the expense of the good employees.  Today if you have a labor grievance, you can 'Call Sam' or the like.  So, on this Labor Day, celebrate the 'Right to Work' with a great BBQ , the jobs are coming back to Michigan thanks to Right to Work.
