Keeping property neat & clean

This is just my opinion, but I am really upset w/some people(business owners) NOT keeping their property clean...such as cutting the grass and pulling weeds. I won't give the address, but there use to be a beautiful building on the corner of Mason and Monroe(across from a church). Now that the building was sold and a new owner has it well...lets just say it looks abandon. There is a dental office next door(kept up), but the rest off the building is an eye sore to the block and community. Why hasn't the city said anything to the owner! The grass gets cut MAYBE once a month. The grass now is about 4-5 inch tall. Home owners get a ticket or a bill in the mail if the city comes out to cut it! Come on Dearborn...no one has seen this building???:(
