"C-Span" program with University of Michigan professor talking about the secret tests performed on patients using Plutonium and Radiation. Reminds me of the secret test of syphilis used on African-Americans, and the military's  secret tests using LSD on military personnel, some of whom committed suicide. We have our versions of Josef Mengele in America. Eugenics was born in American, and the Nazis embraced it and carried it to the extreme.   P3
