When it comes to the water issue/problem in Detroit, there multiple perspectives:  Water is an essential to life, there  is a cost factor needed for the water system that requires payment for services rendered, there are people who cannot afford to pay for water, the mismanagement of the water system exacerbates the ability to create an arrangement to have people cover a share of the cost of water. What to do? How about taking a cue from the pulpit during a Sunday morning sermon, "Quench the thirst of the needy and the poor."  Aaaah, the Good Christian.     P3
