Fireworks

Fed up with fireworks going off when I'm walking my dog down the street.  Some days, my dog won't even go for a walk now.  Last summer, I was assaulted by a neighbor when I asked him to stop shooting off fireworks.  Do I need a CCW license to walk my dog now so that I can protect myself.  Or is Dearborn Police/government going to get off their butts and do something.  I'm not going through another summer of my dog having daily anxiety attacks.  Which reminds me, I need to get a sedative refill from Vet tomorrow . . . really!  Is this anyway to live???
