Dearborn City Workers Stop Smoking on the job

all the Outdoor City Works should stop smoking on the job...  little children like BIG trucks and follow them around.  My children have asked me numerous times about the workers smoking.  They shouldn't be able to smoke, just because they have an outdoor job.  They are operating heavy machinery with a cigarette hanging out of their mouths!  ugly and yuck!
