How about the sophistry, Orwellian double-speak of Wayne County Executive Robert Ficano trying to convince the county taxpayer/voter that the Failed Jail was a part of his master plan to make money for the county by selling the defunct jail once property values went up.  What a crock of buffalo chips! The kind of stuff we read about in third world countries. Don't get smug Dearbornites. The Kwame Kilpatrick epic and the County debacle was a part of Dearborn pay to play politics for some time, until Mayor Jack O'Reily took down the for Sale sign of Dearborn government. P3
