As a person who operated a small business, who represented union workers in contract negotiations, and who was a trained and certified facilitator for an international corporation, I can say this- If you're a business person who fails to treat your employees/internal customers with the same dignity and respect you treat the customers who pass through your doors, if as a business owner you do not provide and promote a positive, safe and healthy work environment for your employees/internal customers, if you do not pay a fairs day's wage for a fair day's work to your employees/internal customers, you need to move your business to South Carolina where they recently opened a second "Plantation".    P3
